After development we have now succeeded in creating an direct auditing tool linked to your compliance checklist module. At present this function is under beta testing, the results are very promising!
Each time new (and relevant for your operation) regulations are published your compliance checklist will be updated, your compliance department will be notified and an online audit tool is available in which you can refer compliance with said regulations.
We envision roll-out of this new and exiting module by the end of 2017/beginning of 2018

The updated audit schedule now allows you to effectively write your audit report and include findings through the audit schedule. This means it will be much easier to create reports and assure CAR’s are linked to the schedule of your audit.

The ASR form will be made compliant with regulation 376/2015 and Accairs compliant. Because this involves a major revision of the AvioData structure we have decided to completely revise the reporting module. This revision will also be made accessible through the offline tool on the iPad. Planning foresees a roll-out mid 2017.

The first trials with further inclusion of reports have been successful. In the near future we will be able to create client specific tailor made report forms. No longer do your reporters need to use a multitude of forms. The dynamic form will replace the old static forms and ofcourse follow-up remains the same.

AvioData has completely revised the document control module. By now it is possible to not only distribute documents through the AvioData library, but it also completely manages your internal and external approval processes. By inclusion these functions the document control module is now in compliance with the regulation ORO.GEN.130.
